Everything on this site, every pattern, practice, and email, is education drawn from my own trading and my own inner work. None of it is financial advice, an invitation to trade, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. I don't give trade signals, I don't manage anyone's money, and I'm not a licensed financial adviser or registered with any financial regulator.

Trading carries real risk

Trading can cost you money fast, and leveraged products like forex and CFDs can cost you more than you expect. Most retail traders lose. Never trade money you can't afford to lose, and treat anyone who promises you returns as a warning sign. What worked in the past, for me or for anyone else, says nothing certain about the future.

Your decisions stay yours

What you do in the market is your call and your responsibility. For decisions about your own money, talk to a licensed financial adviser who knows your situation.

The inner work is not therapy

The patterns here go into emotions, stress, and old habits. I write from lived experience, and it's meant as education. It is no substitute for psychotherapy or medical care. If what's coming up feels bigger than trading, take it to a professional.
