Self-Abandonment

Sacred Rule Contract

Set your sacred rule each Monday. Check back every evening.

“Every broken rule is a moment you left yourself.”

The pattern

Self-abandonment happens when you know your rule and break it anyway. You heard the no, you felt the line, and you crossed it regardless, trading your boundary for a shot at relief, profit, or certainty from somewhere else.

When to use

At the start of each week, to set one non-negotiable rule that rebuilds self-trust.

The tool

One rule. Held all week.

Two parts. Do the first before you trade; the last at the end of your trading session.

01Choose One Sacred Rule.

Examples: I stop at daily max loss · I do not move my stop wider · I only take A+ setups · I do not trade when emotionally activated.

02Define the Rule.

03Boundary Plan.

End of your trading session

The anchor

The market is not the authority. Your plan is.

Your job is to stay with yourself under pressure.
